Return & Refund Policy

At Vertto, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

30-Day Return Window

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and unopened;

  • Be in their original packaging;

  • Include all original labels, seals, and accessories;

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Returns requested outside the 30-day period will not be accepted.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Health, Supplement & Ingestible Products

Due to health, hygiene, consumer safety, and product integrity requirements, all dietary supplements, vitamins, capsules, powders, gummies, health products, and any other ingestible products are considered non-returnable once delivered.

This policy applies regardless of whether:

  • The product has been opened;

  • The product remains sealed;

  • The customer changed their mind;

  • The customer ordered the wrong product;

  • The customer no longer wishes to use the product.

Once delivered, we cannot verify storage conditions, handling, contamination risks, or product integrity.

Therefore, all sales of health and supplement products are final upon successful delivery.


European Union 14-Day Withdrawal Right

Customers residing in the European Union may have statutory withdrawal rights.

However, pursuant to Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they become unsealed after delivery.

Furthermore, products intended for consumption, including dietary supplements and health products, may be excluded from withdrawal rights where applicable under local consumer protection regulations.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law.


Damaged, Defective, Incorrect or Lost Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged product;

  • A defective product;

  • An incorrect item;

  • An incomplete order;

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Order number;

  • Description of the issue;

  • Clear photos showing the problem.

We will review the claim and provide an appropriate resolution.


Delivery Confirmation

An order shall be considered successfully delivered when the carrier tracking system confirms delivery to the shipping address provided by the customer.

Carrier delivery records constitute valid proof of fulfillment.

Claims for non-delivery may be denied where tracking confirms successful delivery.


Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact Vertto before initiating any chargeback, payment dispute, PayPal claim, or credit card dispute.

Opening a payment dispute after successful delivery may constitute abuse of payment protection systems.

Where tracking confirms successful delivery, Vertto reserves the right to submit:

  • Carrier delivery confirmation;

  • Order records;

  • Payment records;

  • Customer communications;

to PayPal, Stripe, banks, credit card issuers, collection agencies, dispute resolution services, and legal authorities.

Customers remain responsible for payment of all goods successfully delivered.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds are generally processed within 10 business days after approval.

Financial institutions may require additional processing time.


Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Dietary supplements;

  • Vitamins;

  • Health products;

  • Consumable products;

  • Opened products;

  • Gift cards;

  • Promotional items;

  • Clearance or final-sale products;

  • Personalized or custom-made products.
